Ephesians 3:20

 

Thank you for considering Rehoboth Publications to publish your manuscripts.  We are uncompromisingly committed to publishing books that encourage people to be better.  We would like to review a sample manuscript, and if it is consistent with our mission, then we are prepared to collaborate with the author in the publication of their books in accordance with the following contractual terms.

 

1. All books must be presented in Microsoft word format and an email address and contact number should be provided for correspondence. A short biography should be submitted as well.

 

2. Our publishing cost per book starts at $600 U.S but prices vary according to the size of your book, therefore you can contact us regarding your book size and we will email you a quote. Please note that half of the contracted price must be paid upfront as a (non-refundable) deposit towards all work done concerning the publishing of the book and the other half is to be paid after the books are completed and uploaded to Amazon. Please also note that if the full price is not paid after the books are completed and uploaded to Amazon, Rehoboth Publications reserves the right to terminate the contract, remove all books from Amazon, delete the accounts associated with Amazon and return all materials associated with the book in its original manuscript form to the author.

 

3. Rehoboth Publications is prepared to publish your books on Amazon.com and Kindle but we will not be financing the cost to print and ship your books to you as we will hand over full control of the book accounts on Amazon and kindle to the Author with immediate effect after the publishing process is completed.

 

4. All photos, which the Author desires to be placed within the manuscript, must be clean and clear or 300dpi and the page and areas where they must be placed should be stated clearly. This includes a cover and back photo for the book as well as a facial shot photo of the Author. All book covers are paperback only. Should the author require Rehoboth publications to create a cover and back for the book, a copy will be emailed to the author for viewing and approval.

 

5. Rehoboth Publications shall have the right to edit and revise the work for any and all uses under this Agreement, and the Author will have the right to review and alter the editing so that the edited Manuscript is acceptable to the Author.

6. You will be responsible for: reading, correcting and returning all edited documents within 14 calendar days after receipt, and you will also be responsible for copyrighting any and all books published. Rehoboth will not be responsible for any copyright infringement or piracy of the books after they are handed over to the Author as we delete all records we have of your book after it is handed over.

 

If we have interpreted your requirements accurately, then this will become a formal contract, which will be signed and dated, signifying the acceptance of the above contractual terms.  Otherwise, we can negotiate alternative terms.  We will endeavor to complete the publication of the finished manuscripts within 1-3 months of its receipt.

 

N.B Any Author published under Rehoboth Publications cannot comment on Apostle Marguerite’s books on Amazon.
